The aim of this department is to supervise the production operation starting from wheat handing, check a sample in the laboratory, grinding process, check the produced flour, and finally deliver the product to customers having the best required specification. Our laboratory is equipped with the latest and most modern devices in the world these devices measure parameters like: foreign materials, moisture, ash, protein, gluten, falling time, enzyme activity, grueling grade color and internal infrastructure of the baked sample. All of these mentioned above help our establishment to be special in producing best kinds of flour, which satisfy large, well known companies, inside and outside the country |
